He located the roof leak and worked efficiently to remove all the old shingles and barriers.He then took the time to show me the process and informed me of my options moving forward. He replaced the barrier with a better quality and matched the new shingles very nicely.He also went above and beyond to recaulk the surrounding vents. I’ve had no issues since and am very satisfied. I really liked how they provided 3 quotes to repair what needed to be repaired and to address other items that might cause problems in the future. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Even saved a few bucks as they did not have to perform all the work originally quoted. Will use again as needed and will recommend.
