Really like the location with parking. I arrived a few minutes early for my first appointment with them for a Cleaning. (I chose Prestige because they offered sedation - very important to me…) I waited in the Chair for 30-40 minutes before a Hygienist to come into the room. When I mentioned the delay (e.g. “pretty busy today?”) she said no and that, when making an appointment, expect a half hour wait. Well, they could have told me that when calling for the appointment …😣 She did a quick clean (no where near the extent and detail I am used to) and the cost was exorbitant for the little that was done. Other Cleanings I have had are thorough, interactive and sensitive to pain levels. Those took a longer. The charge was the same as Prestige, but for much less work. Then, she explained that an examination by the Dentist was to be conducted. I explained it wasn’t expected, and that I would make Dental appointment separately. She was not co-operative, saying it would only be a few minutes before the Dentist would be available. Another 1/2 hour passed. D. V. arrived and did the consultation. One part included a strong recommendation to go to a specialist. At my request, she provided a name right here in Aylmer (which I followed up and am not really happy with those services). Dr. V. herself was quite professional, nice and patient.😊 The Receptionist was knowledgeable about insurances, which helped me.😊 I am ready for another Cleaning now. I won’t go to Prestige for that. I’ll probably beg my former Dental office, or find another Dental office for that, but am ready to return to Prestige (Dr. V., for standard dental care).

Every time I go to this dentist they try to upcharge me. All the time. Do not go here - they over price everything- Update - so the dentist called me to discuss the situation at hand and tried to explain that the province sets the amounts that certain things costs ( which I understand) But while doing my cleaning the hygienist gave me a price for something and then when I went to pay the price was double. Now I understand that everyone makes mistakes even me but while talking to the dentist about this situation she stated that I was lying. So , I told her to have a nice day and ended the call. So the price of this thing that I am talking about is not much but being told that I am lying by the owner of the office is wrong and she knows she is wrong. I will not be going back to this place for a few reasons. 1. Being called a liar. 2. Being told one price for something and then charged double. 3. Every time I go there they try to get things done that are not required. ( This time was x-rays - when I had x-rays done no more than 45 days before. One other thing. I called and made a complaint about this but the dentist did not care to call me until I made this google review Go at your own risk.

Been a client for over 15 years and they refused to delay payment for a single day. Secretary could use a little training in client services as she clearly did not care about my request and never checked with a supervisor. Will be going elsewhere.

Excellent service. Dr Silva is the best dentist I have ever been to. He was incredibly detailed in his work, gentle, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, from front desk staff to hygienists. Amazing service with a wonderful professional personal. I would recommend this dental clinic to everyone!
