Prestige Fitness Gym

I found a gym I really enjoy. Nicole and the coaches are incredible. I’ve struggled in the past to be consistent, but this gym has helped me enjoy my workouts. Special thanks to Coach Tameen ! he knows how to make a member feel comfortable, and he always plays my type of music when I work out alone.

Paradigm fitness is more than just a gym, it is a way of life. I was hooked after just one workout session. Not only are the trainers Nicole and Kacey down to earth and friendly, they are dedicated and experts in their field. I have had frustration finding a gym that provides a motivational community , that encourages realistic goals, and favors proper form over reps; well this gym offers all that and more! Not only do I look forward to my workouts, I missed the gym when I was away on vacation. If you want to change the way you look at your health and what you are capable of, I promise you will feel empowered at Paradigm. I now have the confidence to reach my fitness goals, and the drive and guidance to use nutrition as my fuel. 🥑💪

Came for the cute dog, stayed for the incredible and supportive atmosphere! Paradigm is the best gym I’ve ever trained at. The small group training format is very smart and I’ve progressed more here than I have at any other gym. My programs are always aligned to my goals, I feel encouraged to challenge myself, and I feel I’m also gaining knowledge to succeed. All the coaches are amazing, but I especially appreciate how supportive Nicole has been for my training goals in the past year and how flexible she was in structuring the membership in the way that worked best for me. Can’t recommend enough!
