Pam D.Dr. Shook has been my PCP for many, MANY, years. He's always friendly, responds quickly to phone calls and portal messages. I never feel rushed at my appointments, and he always asks if I have any more questions. Plus I never have to wait long. Nurses are nice as well, especially Lia, the nurse I had today (may have spelled that wrong). Lab is conveniently across the hall.

Dr.Shook and his team are very responsive to requests when I'm having a problem or need a RX refilled. My husband is highly resistant to physicians. When he was a having a problem a few years ago I convinced him to see Zachary Shook. The doctor literally saved my husband’s life so now Dr. Shook is seen regularly by my hubby also. Until he fires us, he is our PCP for life!
