Pool light replacement was done by Jose and Jeremy. They were on time and very polite. I was happy with the work they did. But I was not impressed with the new Pentair light fixture itself. You can see the electrical components inside the fixture through the mostly clear lens. The light isn’t really diffused and you can see 3 separate light sources inside. I was expecting better quality given the high end price of the Pentair fixture.

Patrick from Prime Electric came to our house to repair a blinking light attached to our ceiling fan, which turned out to be due to a loose socket. He was able to repair it very efficiently and well. He also explained to me what needed to be done and answered all my questions. I also really appreciated how easy Nathalie made it to schedule and how she collected all the information the team needed ahead of time. We’d be happy to work with Prime again.
