I had a very fine experience with Prime Home Upkeep. They spend time with me explaining what options I had and listened carefully. When agreeing on the work their estimate was competitive. The company always stayed in contact and were professional throughout the construction (deck) process. I plan to hire them for other work I have planned in the future. Came home to a “spring cleanup” when leaves weren’t picked up. Dead grass laying everywhere. Charged 310 dollars for .2 acre lot. A friend of mine had a spring cleanup by them as well who has almost two acres was charged the exact same? Make that make sense. Said they don’t put their vac system on mowers for spring cleanups? Don’t understand that. Not professional. All they said was sorry we will take 50 bucks off. Won’t be using this service again.
