I had a very frustrating experience with this hospital when it came to insurance claims. They were slow to submit the claim, and there was NO follow-up or communication. I had to constantly follow up myself and felt left in the dark for long periods. Other hospitals I’ve visited have much more efficient insurance processes and better support. I would not recommend this hospital for people with insurance approval requirements ."
