This location has a lot that it can teach the Springfield and Pittston locations. The premises are clean, the facilities are clean. Jacqueline (service technician) wasted NO TIME replacing a headlight after we showed up unannounced after encountering a deer the night before. The tire man was very clear about the wait that was to be expected to get steering tires rotated and balanced. He showed up to work before I was told that he would and did exactly what he said he would do! I'm requesting to be routed to Salt Lake City in another 25,000 miles when it's time to rotate my drive tires and get a 3 axle alignment. The food here NEVER disappoints, and I always tell the kitchen staff how much I appreciate them and look forward to coming here. I always enjoy coming to this terminal.

It would've been 5 stars had the outbound tech given me the 72 gallons of diesel that I requested, instead of 47.128 gallons. It does seem like each time I come here, SOMETHING isn't done correctly.
