I recently had to put down my rescue dog Paco, who when nervous showed signs of extreme aggression. I was referred to this clinic and trusted my friend. When booking the appointment I informed them of how reactionary he might become. I was deeply worried about the appointment because I didn’t want my dog to be in distress in his final moments. The staff made sure everything was extremely comfortable, relaxed and at my dogs pace. I was able to bring in my dogs personal bed and let him rest and spend as much time with him as needed in the treatment room. There was absolutely no rush or sense of urgency. He was so comfortable that he even let the doctor and assistant pet him. To know he was comfortable and was not stressed as I said goodbye is not something you can put a price on. Thank you so much for completely eliminating a factor of this process I was worried about. You are all sincerely excellent at everything your job encompasses and it is appreciated.
