Customer experiences
They just lost a customer. I’m tired of wrong price tags and getting overcharged at the til then realizing once your out the door. More than once I’ve found an item on sale or in the surplus section tagged with the wrong price and have to waste my time in line again to be told no that’s the wrong price and won’t honor it. I guess if I ever go back I’ll have to read the fine print on every item I buy. Yes the picture shows that this is the wrong item. How about making the description larger than the price….. a person would be more inclined to look closer. Any other store that I’ve been to apologizes and adjusts the price then removes the improper price tag. The most of the staff usually look like they’re mad and have no clue. This used to be my favorite place to show. I was so pissed this time I told the person at customer service to remove my number and info from there system as hell will freeze over before I go back. If I wouldn’t have had to waste another 20 minutes in line I would have returned my entire purchase. If you go to Save on for example if it’s under $10 it’s free.
**Response** It's pretty clear how to resolve the issue. Sell your items for the price you advertise. Not sure why I need to send an email for you to figure that out. Brutal service and looks I'm not the first with this issue and won't be the last. Item stocked on wrong peg on shelf when scanned asked cashier regarding issue and they refused to honor price on shelf. False advertising will not shop here again as well as file a report with the FCAA.
Didn't find all of what I needed but found most of it. Used the website to try to track down what I couldn't find but even with the aisle number, I wasn't able to find a couple of items. This usually isn't the case when I come here but inventory seemed disorganized today. I recommend using the website to find which aisles you need as well because getting the support of an employee can be difficult at times because everyone is asking where they can find something which wouldn't be a problem if other customers tried to help themselves by looking up the items in the first place and to boot, they usually just use the same Information you have to look up which aisle it's in anyway! Sometimes you can find a veteran employee that knows where some odds and ends are hidden. Staff is usually really helpful in finding things if you can get one of their attention. Powerfist brand is usually reliable nough to get you what you want for personal use. Wouldn't trust it for commercial or industrial use things if you want something to be reliable long term. Good deals in flyers, usually try to come here for most things tool related for my garage and home use first before other places as they have good bang for your buck. Recommend coming here if you haven't. You'll always leave with something you didn't intend on getting but you'll be happy you did.
Being a first time shopper I did not know my way around. I thought I was in the right section but the staff member told me I had to go to the opposite end of the store to aisle 7. She was way off. When I was able to find another staff member (they are as rare as hen's teeth)
Princess Auto is a tool store.
