I'll second other reviews that report rude service and too high prices, and I'm foregoing most stars for these reasons. I've been a customer at ComZone for many years but I decided that today was the last time I'll ever give them any business. While they did a good job on my order, the staff was bizarrely rude - impatient, angry and condescending - in the face of my being very kind, pleasant and respectful. I gave them no provocation to act out, it was obscenely abusive behavior on their part. When I returned home, I called the place to report the abusiveness of the staff I dealt with directly. The person I spoke to on the phone did not meet the moment. He had the audacity and stupidity to say that he heard no yelling going on from the front of the store, thus implying his denial of my experience, that what I went through couldn't have been so bad. I had to state the obvious that just because there wasn't any yelling, that doesn't mean what I was subjected to wasn't abominable. When the conversation ended, his tone was barely polite, there was no promise from him that this would never happen again, and I felt no sense that I was heard. How despicable to treat customers this way, these people are beyond outrageous.

Wanted quick delivery without fedex hassle so I went into this place and have some pins printed. Around usd80 for 20 of these 1” pins, one design. Ready in three hours. Simple and direct.

So, the response time was great and the turnover was quick. We had a 15 oz mug printed with my boyfriend’s picture for his mom. But unfortunately the print job wasn’t so good. The picture was not aligned correctly. It was crooked. And it’s obvious against the cups rim. It’s not the biggest deal but it gets annoying very quickly when you notice it.

After standing there for 45 minutes，someone finally saw me at the counter. They took my order and says to wait. I waited another one hour, finally they calls my name. We were discussing my book for my exhibition, although it is a little bit complicated, I tried my best to explain to them that I just want them to print it and i will come back to rearrange them. And theres that short haired lady around her 50s, heard our discussion and gone mad on me saying we don't take this kind of orders why you are making things complicated, and then she pushed the order slip back to me in a extremely rude way. Although they accepted it after i said I'm not in a rush, it is still a horrible experience for me, I will not recommend anyone to go to this place, the staffs have no manner at all.
