Bridget PorterI had a deadline and I needed to get copies made quickly. I was happy to find this business in my neighborhood. The owner had other customers in the store which he treated each of us like we were the only one there. This store has an abundant array of items and services;, too many for me to count. The main purpose of this review is to acknowledge the exceptional service I received. I must have passed it a million times but didn’t notice because it’s on North side of 145th Street between Adam Clayton Powell and Malcom X Blvd. I wrote that out so you know exactly where it is. I believe in supporting our local black owned businesses and this one is really special.

I got some of my t-shirts printed here and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you Direct Print. They have to locations, one in Harlem on 125th St, the other in the Bronx, 145th.
Erica AmesThe woman that works there is rude and has an extremely disgusting attitude. I’ve encountered it multiple times and I’ve seen her be rude to others while I was in the store. But yesterday it was the worst. I walked into the store and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked in and stood there for an about a minute or 2, and she never got up to greet me nor asked what I needed assistance with. I waited for her to assist me, and she never got her a** out of the chair to offer assistance or to even say hello for that matter. The gentleman that works there is extremely helpful and courteous, but she must be a family member because I don’t know who would even offer her a position in their company with the disgusting attitude that she has. I definitely will be looking for a new place to provide me with my labels.
