I am appalled! I called with some new patient inquiries on 10/17/2023 at 2:25pm. According to the automated message that was within their business hours frame, so I kept holding to speak to someone. Eventually the call was answered by the doctor's answering service, I apologized and I started explaining to the operator that I intended to talk to the front desk not the doctor's answering service in the most sincere and respectful manner. The operator hung up on me! I know that was no accident and it's unfortunate the way they treat people.

I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the conversation I had with a lady about dental services. I’m not sure of her name as it wasn’t provided. I was in Excruciating pain due to a broken tooth and currently unemployed so I was calling around to see what my options were. The lady was bluntly rude and had no empathy. She continued to tell me there was no availability until 3 months out and proceeded to give me pricing as if I could wait that long. She seemed agitated and honestly should not be working there.

I’m not too sure why everyone but a few people put bad reviews, but the last 2 visits I had recently was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Staff’s very generous, caring, polite and even gone out their way to make me feel comfortable though they had other patients to attend to. I couldn’t thank them enough for their generosity and most definitely would recommend. I have to return a few more times and will update my review on each visits. But for now, they have my 5 STARS!!✨

Glenda has been exceptional support here at Community Dental Care. The rest of the office staff is great as well. Service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend anyone come to this location.
