Wonderful team , they are all very inviting and welcoming ! I have had ,so far, some excellent dental work done and I feel very comfortable in Dr. Demeter's hands for all my dental work. I was very nervous at first as I have had terrible experiences in the past with other dentists and she has put my anxieties at ease . And Shout out to Mario and Abigail ,the doctors assistants on my Prism team who are always by your side walking you through ,each step of your dental care plan and giving you detailed information with each visits needs . I totally recommend them !

Okay so, it has been a year since I have been to a Dentist. I and I want to point out that the way that I was treated by the staff was top of the line . The receptionist Sheila was knowledgeable and also friendly as well as Melissa the Dental assistant that took my x rays was caring and patient with em since I do have a bit of anxiety when it comes to dentist . I felt welcomed and taken cared of ,Dr Kidd answered all my questions. I am very happy I came here 🥰🫶 I’ll be coming back soon!!

I scheduled an appointment for my son here and we arrived 13 minutes late due to traffic with no easy detour. They rejected me and my son, We did so much for nothing. Also there is too much Black in the area.

When you call make sure to ask all the questions. They are not completely upfront, unless you ask the question. They say low cost however, if you need a tooth pulled it will will cost more than going to a regular dentist. This place charges 125-175 for an examination. They tell you that if approved for low cost the procedure is free. However, they charge for each visit. They DO NOT do any procedures at first visit. So you WILL have to pay ANOTHER 125-175 just to start the work. Most dentist take one visit to complete work. However, they can spread the work to as many visits as they want to get as much money out of you. So, be careful. Ask questions.
