My house was over taken and over run but rats. I had a hole in my basement, which was bringing them in. I tried everything on my own using traps but it kept getting worse. I will hear rats making noise during the day and even running around my kitchen like it was a playground. Then, a friend introduced me to Eddy. He responded quickly. Travelled all the way to New Jersey, to do his inspection. It was even worse than I I had imagined. He advised me to quickly approve him so he can start work. Eddy was very detailed in his analysis of my plight and was willing to ensure I didn’t suffer anymore. He went out to buy the bucket of chicken, and immediately went to work. He also explained everything to the wire, he briefed me on what to expect and also to call him, if anything was not happening as he described to me. Within 24 hours of him applying the rat medicine, I saw rats dropping dead like flies. Just as Eddy had described, the rats were coming out of their hiding places and just dropping dead. After a couple of days, of several dead rats, my house was suddenly quiet. No more hiding food in my kitchen and having to fearful of rats running around when I have visitors in my home. Eddy kept clear line of communication, I will text him everything that was going on. He also will regularly check in to ensure all was well. After two weeks of his treatment, I sported a big rat in my kitchen. I screamed and immediately called Eddy. Eddy responded he will stop by again, free of charge to apply the treatment again. Eddy stopped by just as he promised and applied treatment. I was very happy and he claimed all my fears again. I will highly recommend Eddy for anyone looking to obtain permanent solution to your pest infestation problem. Eddy is professional and very kind in addressing your problems. I give this business and his work ethics a Five Star.
