JimmyOrdered “in stock” laminate on Feb 4th. Waited two weeks and no delivery. Started calling to check on order. After several weeks of calling and being promised a call back. Today (March 17th). I was told there are no refunds. That one of the three colors I ordered was the hold up. If I wanted the two that’s in stock. I would have to pay 55 dollars more in shipping. Then I get a email with a whole new story that the “out of stock” laminate was delivered but damaged so it was reordered. And that the zero cancellation / refund policy basically means that they can hold all my money as long as they want. Can not advise placing any orders from this group if you have customers to take care of. Buyer beware
