The professional staff has helped me a lot with my back pain. They took time to explain to me the source of my back pain. Cupping has given me instant pain relief. I am thankful to the friendly staff in helping me manage my back pain. Would surely recommend these guys most especially Eric Chen who is the good physio therapist that attended to me and Divyang who made sure that I felt comfy with Tens machine pressure. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Ishangi, was incredibly welcoming, making the booking and check-in process seamless. My physiotherapist, charge of my case Anusha Sankurubhuktha and PTA Divyong, who managed my case, was exceptional. She was highly professional, attentive, and tailored a treatment plan that significantly improved my condition. Her expertise and genuine care made every session comfortable and effective. My experience with Eric Chen at Pro Physio Riverside has been exceptionally positive. There are no adequate superlatives to express my gratitude.
