Last year I did my due diligence and researched companies to have an A/C installed in my home and decided since this was a service that was backed by Costco it would be a reputable company, what a mistake!! I had the unit installed and was happy for the cool relief from the summer heat and thought all was well. When I went to turn the heat on in the fall, the furnace would not turn on. If there was issues with the installation, why does the system not work properly!?! I tried to speak with someone in customer service, and they would only communicate via email. They arranged for a technician to come out and threatened to charge me for the service call if this was my fault. There were also air leaks from where the pipes were connected to the furnace, and small holes from screws i was left a roll of tape to fix it myself. The technician ( who was great and honest) took pictures and told me that the installers cut the wire needed for the unit to run properly. He spoke with his manager and was told that this was going to cost ME another $250 to correct the problem. In order to have the heat to my furnace, I had to move the wire from the AC postion to the HEAT. This worked properly before the unit was installed. After multiple emails & pictures back and forth, there was absolutely no resolution to my problem unless I PAY THEM!! This issue is from an improper installation plain and simple, if the system was installed properly in the begening I would not have these issues. I have many emails to back my issues to prove all of this, them saying this was my fault. As an added bonus, I NEVER received the COSTCO promo cards that were advertised. BUYER BEWARE, this company is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau either!!

Navpreet explained in detail the removal and installation to be done, completed the job on time, thoroughly reviewed the finished work with me and ensured the entire work area was cleaned up before he left. 5 stars!

Navpreet did a great and clean job installing my new furnace, and Serj got me an awesome deal with a Costco cash card. These guys are Costco authorized dealers so you know they are trusted. I did my research and got 4 quotes, theirs was a cheapest by far. Almost too good to be true! Update: called The HVAC Service to request a service for my humidifier. Technician Andrey showed up promptly and quickly was able to identity the issue and resolve it. Excellent support!
