Absolutely thrilled with our basement renovation project with Brodco! I am 100% happy we choose Brodco. Were they the lowest quote? No But they had the most comprehensive and detailed quote and they stuck to it. The application they used to communicate with has easy to access schedules and costing. I could add files and retrieve their files. Pictures loaded every day to capture every stage. Billing and balances easy to keep track of. The people assigned to our job were top shelf, always on time and efficient with their time. Easy to talk to and left the job site every day clean and tidy. The trades employed were also best practices people. The tile in the shower is perfection. Actually it's all amazing and more than I could have imagined.
