If I could give Crystal 6 stars, I would—she is a wizard. Walked in looking like a sad broom and homeless. Walked out looking like I might actually have my life together. Crystal didn’t just cut my hair—she performed a small miracle with scissors and clippers. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions that didn’t scare me, and somehow I don’t look that repulsive. I don’t even know how that’s possible but I’m not questioning it. The conversation? Hilarious. The cut? So good my own reflection gave me a high-five. 10/10 would let Crystal near my head again. People have been complimenting my hair all week, which is a new and confusing experience for me. Highly recommend. Crystal is a hair wizard in disguise.

Salon was great. Hair wash and massage was awesome. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about hair and their products. Steven did a great job with my hair cut and colour. I needed to have something fixed the next day and he was happy to do it. The colour itself was great but they went for the full pigmented colour as the shade of colour I requested was more pastel and would wash out fast. I recommended this salon to all my friends and family. 4 out of 5 stars because they charge by stylist so some of my friends had to pay more because they had a different stylist. Ask about the prices upfront.

I have been going to Pro Wave for many years! Great staff, knowledgeable and professional. They can truly tailor the experience to your hair type and lifestyle. I would 100% recommend to Pro Wave to anyone looking for a haircut, highlights, balayage, colouring, or styling!! I always get questions on where I get my hair done, and the answer has always been PRO WAVE!

It was good for a few years but recently the service is terrible. I had my hair bleached and colour with pink highlights, the hairdresser didn't even put anything to protect my forehead and I came home, 2 days after still with terrible pink all along my forehead. Apparently the hairdresser was so busy that he didn't even have time for lunch. They have been short staff for a long time. I will never return. The past few experiences hasn't been good.
