We hired this company about two years ago right after our lawn was sodded with new grass. The turf is watered three times per week, so it gets lots of water. Yet, in two years Problem Solved has managed to kill large areas of the lawn, and is unable to control the insects. Look elsewhere for a reliable company.

We utilize Problem Solved for our lawn care and tree service. They have been excellent with communication for services and minor issues that have arisen. We recently needed to speak with them about an issue and they immediately got back to us. Frank came out the next day, observed what i had called for and spoke with me about the issue at length. We hired this company because after a previous company failed to control chinch bugs, we replaced our grass and hired Problem Solved to protect our lawn. They were aware that previously we had chinch bugs and agreed to stay on top of the process to prevent our lawn from being completely destroyed. At first they were diligent but then the chinch bugs moved in and this company failed to treat this effectively. We have been without grass throughout our property and for the most part, we are still waiting for our grass to return. Not once did this company acknowledge that when they came to treat, our grass was disappearing. However, it didn’t stop them from sending us invoices. We paid all but one and instead of making any effort to address why we were unhappy and not paying, they sent us to collections. I will add our neighbor across from us also had this company and she too had to replace her lawn with sod, after they under treated her lawn as well. Consider our experience and the customer service we received, when you make your selection for lawn care. See attached pictures.
