Matt E. was very helpful and responded to all of my questions quickly. Due to I'm a very busy person he worked around my schedule. When choosing the style replacement for my roof I didn't know which one to pick . He helped me and explained what is the difference the roof that I picked I love it . One thing I liked about Matt is that he didn't try to up sell on the roof he asked what was my budget and worked with me from there . It's hard to find honest people and he's also very understanding. If I had to redo my roof I would ask for Matt and he's crew . They finished my roof quickly , and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend him to my friends and family .

Aloha, I am truly pleased with my new roof and extremely happy with the service provided by True Home Hawaii. The workers are great. I was grateful to work with Michael Colosimo. He was honest and explained I had wind damage. He explained the step-by-step process it would take to make a claim with my insurance company I had no idea. I had to trust him! with his continued support and open communication. I was able to get a whole new replacement of a brand new roof. Made me feel more comfortable and stress-free!
