I recently had Mike build a two-bedroom, one-bath basement, and I’m honestly so happy with how it turned out! From the start, Mike was easy to talk to and made sure everything was clear. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and was quick to answer any questions I had. The work itself is amazing! The two bedrooms and bathroom came out just like I pictured them, and you can really tell Mike takes pride in his work. The space feels bright, functional, and well thought out. I am doing a complete basement development of +/- 1300 square feet. As a journeyman carpenter for almost 50 years, I know a thing or two about the construction process. I also know there are jobs I won't do. Not because I can't, but they are an art form. Taping and mudding drywall is a great example. Leave this job to the pros. Working on a very tight schedule, I contracted 3 or 4 companies. Brikon was the first to come and look at the job, and then provided the best quote, by a long shot. Mike had his guys arrive on the day promised, and wrapped the entire job up on schedule and on budget. I also had them apply the primer coat after final sanding and texture all the ceilings. Mike stayed on top of the job throughout. Very professional, as were all the people who worked at my house. Just a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Brikon Contracting. Good work at a fair price and no surprises. It doesn't get any better than that.
