Review: Our experience with ProDigit in regards to website modifications has been nothing short of a nightmare. We engaged with them in October 2022, and they promised to complete the modifications within 2-3 months. We paid them half of the total amount as per their requirements, with the expectation of receiving quality updates to our website within the agreed timeframe. However, it has now been a full year since we started working with them, and our website modifications are still far from completion. Throughout this ordeal, we have faced constant delays, excuses, and broken promises. They initially presented themselves as a reliable and professional company, but their actions told a different story. To make matters worse, several developers on their team resigned during this period, leading to a significant drop in the quality of our website modifications. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them, they have stopped responding to our calls and emails, leaving us in the dark about the status of our project. It's incredibly frustrating to have paid the full amount and yet not see any progress or even get a response from them regarding the website modifications. I am writing this review as a warning to others. Please, do not make the same mistake we did by working with ProDigit for your website modifications. Their lack of professionalism, unfulfilled promises, and poor communication have cost us time and money, and we are still struggling to get the promised modifications launched even after a year. In summary, avoid ProDigit at all costs for website modifications. Their actions have demonstrated a complete disregard for their customers, and I sincerely hope that no one else has to go through the ordeal we have endured.
