I had a wonderful experience with aborn powers. I lived in my apartment for 4 years. AP took over about 2 years in. The first year they did a bunch of upgrades and maintenance. Rent got raised about $120 which I thought was fair for the services they provided and inflation. The next year rent got raised again $80 but they fully replaced my windows which I also thought was fair. When I eventually decided to move they helped me with being a reference and were very kind with the process. I ended up getting my full deposit back which I was SHOCKED. Throughout the years they were extremely responsive to every work order within 24 hours and issues were always resolved. I am extremely pleased with my experience and the communication. Very ethical property management.
