DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…Two years ago I used this company and Steve had horrible communication then and had to reschedule several times wasting my vacation days. Although we finally did get our fridge fixed by Steve I gave him benefit of doubt this year when I need an appliance repair man. Against my better judgement here I am waited two vacation days yesterday claimed was a scheduling conflict and rescheduled for today and of course no call no show and not even answering my texts/calls. I suggest you look elsewhere for a reliable business driven appliance repair company other than this one, Steve still is horrible with customer service and communication . DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS!

Samsung ice maker quit working after our home warranty company made a partial repair last year. They told us the current contract did not include “kitchen refrigerator” and we would have to wait until May 2026 to add it to the contract. We chose Steve of Professional Appliance on our own and were very pleased with his and assistant work. They arrived, went straight to work and quickly identified two separate issues which appeared to be related to a power surge sometime during one of the spring’s massive electrical storms. They had the parts on the truck, made the repairs and were gone within 25-minutes. Steve then asked if we had the FPL power surge protection system and gave a link to file a claim which should cover the repair. Excellent job!

Used them to repair our washing machine. They were late to the first appointment. Now, they were supposed to be here between 2p - 4p today to fix what they didn't fix right the first time. No call, no show. It's 6:05pm and I've called twice. Spent $400 and got ripped off. Washing machine still broken. *** UPDATE 3/31/25: Steve reached out to try to save face. Thanks anyways.

Steve is someone that should never be allowed to own their own business. Seems fine and engaging at first but poor communication skills. Difficult to get ahold of. Not returning calls and messages. Seems lost and befuddled at times. Charged $175 to remove and replace a door bracket...5 minute job. + $ for parts. very unfortunate.
