We showed up a few minutes before close for ear drops for my kiddo, they were out of the medication but Darren went above and beyond. He allowed me to reach out to my child's provider to see if there was another option and waited until he heard from them to close so that we could have what we needed to get through the weekend. Small acts like that do not go unnoticed for parents with sick children. We will be moving all of our family's medication needs to Dunnes because of this.

Excellent staff that is very knowledgeable and do genuinely care, have been using them for almost 11 years now. They are like family, they remember your name, and if I am unable to pick up my medication they generously deliver it. I highly recommend Dunnes.

Been going here over 12+ years for an accident that should have killed me. Absolutely amazing for over a decade but that is coming to an end. Dunne's has been going down hill for well over a year now. Prescriptions take forever to fill, even after calling 8+ hours in advance & they still haven't been filled. I've also found the counts to be off several months in a row & I cannot ask or even confront them due to the stigma of "oral medications" now. They've also been backordered multiple times without even letting me know until I go in to pick up after calling. This month I went (2) weeks without a vital medication that gives me some quality of life. The withdrawal & pain was out of this world with seizures following. I have no idea how I made it to work or even out of bed. Once my medication was back in stock, they did not inform me, knowing I was completely out. Thankfully, I called to check & they barely had enough to get me half way through the month. Now that I'm due for a monthly refill, I cannot obtain them due to Dunne's error. I feared this may be an issue & called the Friday before Christmas, was told to come back the next Monday when I came to pick up & only now they are telling me they cannot refill? It's now Christmas eve, everyone is closed & I'm terrified. Never had a pill count issue, UA, blood draw or pain contract issue in over a decade. Been to the Mayo clinic & back with $30,000 in Stem cells with PRP. I wish I didn't need to take this medication but Dunne's has made me feel less than human for even being disabled & needing medication to have a quality of life. Plus, their lack of ANY communication is mind blowing, especially for medications that can cause severe withdrawal symptoms including death. They do not care as they once did & this saddens me. Even my doctor was pretty thrown off by this as well but cannot do anything before Christmas, which is why I asked Friday & Monday before Christmas. No one cares, they do not want me to even exist & I'm not sure I do either. Merry Christmas!
