Professional Process Servers Inc was very responsive to questions in a timely fashion via email and over the phone. Its really great that Professional Process Servers Inc. was able to serve papers in a neighboring county. I had a minor issue concerning communication, but they were quick to rectify the issue. I would recommend this company.

Suite was a little difficult to locate, but the guard onsite selected the elevator floor to guide me to the correct floor suite 1800 is on. The staff was helpful via email and in person. They kept in touch with when the invoice would be sent, when sent, when the serving would take place, and when the affidavit was completed. I had the option to pick it up or mail. I was originally going to pick it up but later that same day realized I wasn't going to be able to. It arrived in the mail on a timely manner and complete. I highly recommend using their services. The website demonstrates the rates depending on the location of where the serving would take place.

I have been using Professional Process Servers for several years now and they are nothing short of excellent! I typically work with Addison, but have also worked with several other employees of this company and each one of them is very quick to respond to any calls or emails you send to them. They are always willing and able to complete rush service jobs, even with last minute notice, and always accurate and spot on in everything they do. They truly are a great asset to have in your corner and I'd highly recommend them to any company or individual looking for a process server.
