Wish I'd known about them sooner! Curtis made the booking process incredibly easy; Jeff exceeded all expectations. I own a workhorse Ducane propane grill (ca. 1997) that's been in storage for more than a decade. Jeff went over the entire thing--top to bottom--with a fine tooth comb to assure it was safe, no replacement parts were necessary, then cleaned it up, installed the new tank, and got 'er up and running. Felt like I was working with a friendly neighbor (which, if you think about the fact our firefighters *are* from our neighborhoods, is fitting). FH will be my go-to for handyman projects moving forward. Thanks so much, gentlemen!

I'm really disappointed. I reached out via their questionnaire. We set a time for them to come quote our project. We have a swing set that my brother had started putting together but hasn't had time to finish due to family obligations. It's about 1/4 to 1/3 done. They were supposed to come out Friday. I got a text a few hours before they were supposed to be there saying they couldn't make it but if I sent them pictures and they exact model( which I already sent when I initially reached out) they would give me quote that way. I did what they asked and sent a picture of what we had completed and the exact model on the manufacturers website. I have since been ghosted by this company. I work for a construction company and know that sometimes they choose not to do a project, and thats fine. But when we choose not to do a project, we let the potential client know that we will not be taking on the project and why. We would never just ghost a potential client. They were recommend to me but the lack of professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth.

My Fireman Handy was awesome! The project was scheduled promptly. He was incredibly attentive to every detail and he let me know that if there was a problem to give him a call. I appreciated that he was thoughtful and offered to complete other small tasks while he was completing the main project! I have never experienced anything like it. It is great to know that I have someone I can trust when I need some help!
