Deanna is the best employee I ever encountered with progress! And probably in my lifetime. Without Deanna I probably would’ve not rented with progress ever again or left. She was understanding and she is the kind of person who put her self in other people’s shoes and understand how frustrating is it and what’s fair and she tackle every task to get things done that even managers at progress couldn’t do . She always reach back and update with great communication skills ! She is a great employee to this company! Without her there probably would’ve been so many extra negative reviews and people not renting with progress but she saved the day! Deanna doesn’t only deserve a raise but a promotion and recognition for her Amazing work and customer service! I really hope and pray that higher management can see the hard effort Deanna put . I had a rough start when I moved to the property but Deanna made it all fair and square and fixed everything needed + more . My family and I thank Deanna for everything and we appreciate everything she done for us and for helping us with what’s needed to be done and to have a comfortable stay. Thank you again

We just moved out of a progress residential home after living there for a year and had a good experience. It was easy to schedule maintenance, the workers and employees were friendly when I would have to call, the online portal was easy, and move out was also easy. They gave us almost our full deposit back which was great too. If we ever have to rent again we would prefer a progress residential home.

Reposting this since they deleted my review! Our AC went out. We called at 5pm yesterday and was told that someone would reach out to us in 2 hours. Nobody called. So we called back at 7 and was told that it was assigned to a third party vendor by the manager and to expect a call today. The house temperature was at 80 degrees and we have a 2 year old with asthma. The temperature inside didn’t start going down until 1am with all the windows up and the coolest it got inside was 74. Called again this morning to be told that our ticket had never been assigned. To our disgust, the ticket was assigned for Friday. So, we called back only to be told that that’s the first available. However, they advertise that AC is a priority. I again reiterated that we have a 2 year old. She stated last night “it was hot in her room”. We have a baby monitor in her room and it was 77 degrees with two fans in her room. I asked why we were told a third party vendor was being outsourced but now they are sending a progress tech on Friday. They replied that the house temperature at this time (which is 74 degrees) is not an emergency. Its going to be 85 degrees today so your telling me we have to wait to get someone to come out and make this a priority once the house temperature reaches 80? I asked for a service manager to call me and have no heard anything. This is not the first time we have had issues. The AC messed up 2 months ago and we never had a ticket submitted, although we called 3 times. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service and how they think that this is okay. So, we have to sit here and wait for our house to get 80 degrees inside before they will make it a priority. I warn you not to rent from this terrible company.
