Bought a 40$ incense burner, was told to keep the bill in case, came back the next day as the incense gets no air and keeps shutting off. He told me he cant exchange it because that's just how they are they are all the same it's not a defect lol. Idiots!! I'll go back to my old place where at least they have great customer service and better prices. Utopia smoke shop for me from now on.

So, I’m visiting Montreal from Ottawa. We decided to stop at this shop because it was down the street from our hotel, and thank god we did. Not only is it a gorgeous, very inviting store, but the employee was insanely nice, and the prices are phenomenal. We bought a mini bong for less than HALF of what it would cost in Ottawa. Grinders selling for $85 in Ottawa are being sold for $40. Definitely a must if you’re a stoner in the area!

Very nice little store. It misses modernity on products but the service is great and products offers not bad.
