On the plus side - they're fast to come take a look to diagnose the problem. On the con side - after doing the work they sent a partially completed checklist/report instead of the invoice. I replied to ask why the report was mostly blank and never got a response. Then they called me to ask why I hadn't paid the invoice (that I hadn't received). He shared that they had accidently sent the report instead of the invoice and that the person completing the work didn't fill the report out right. I questioned how he knew all the checks that were supposed to be done got done if the checklist was mostly blank. I was told that the door wouldn't work if they didn't complete everything. Very skeptical of that.

Will did a great job, he communicated and kept us informed throughout the process. He installed two garage doors and removed two doors all in one day. Cleaned up before he left and explained the warranty.
