The Proline team did a great job replacing my gutters and skylights. It was all done in one day, and the end result looks very good. All of my interactions with different members of the Proline team were professional and positive. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Good service until job was done. Poor follow up regarding finishing concerns (advised that they don't paint the step flash so it looks sloppy at the front of the house and a few other things, some shingles not sitting right) . big job > $40K so would have been nice to have some effort to make it look as nice as possible at the end. . No info given regarding warranty when requested (told it would be given after payment). No effort to meet in person to discuss finishing details. Hopefully roof will not need warranty work as i can't imagine it will be easy to deal with them. Biggest thing is that I don't know much about roofs and rely heavily on trusting the company I am working with and that is not there unfortunately. UPDATE: upon reading this review, the company reached out to me promptly and paid a visit. They fixed up the finishing as best as they could (fixed some shingles, touched up paint) and gave me some generic information on the warranty (full warranty details to be provided after payment ). I really appreciated their responsiveness in this matter and they really did their best to address my concerns. Thank you Proline.

Proline Roofing was great to work with and I would highly recommend them. We had our 25+ year old roof and gutters replaced in March 2023. The staff from Proline were a pleasure to work with at all stages of the project, right from the first contact with their Admin staff, the person that provided the quote, the roofers, the supervisor, the gutter installer, etc... I received the quote in October 2022. They were upfront with the amount of work they had and said it would be roughly 4-5 months before they would get to ours. They showed up just over 4 months after the quote was provided. The cost was exactly what they quoted me. There was an additional cost to replace rotten boards but they made me aware of that potential when they provided the quote. The cost to replace the rotten boards was reasonable and they provided me with photos of the areas and the supervisor followed up to answer any questions. They were very accommodating when I asked that they permanently install two safety hooks for cleaning the gutters. The quality of the work was excellent as was the cleanup (end of every day) and disposal of the old shingles. They completed the work in the time they estimated for the roof and the gutters. They kept us very well informed throughout the process. Highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough about this company. They have just reroofed my house and garage. It was a pleasure to deal with them, from first contact until the roofing was complete. I am so impressed! They were quiet (as quiet as roofing can be, lol), arriving quietly in the morning and working what seemed to be non-stop all day; respectful of the boundaries that we set for access to our property, due to having animals; cleaned up every night, even to the point of checking the lawn and around the house for loose nails, and never left before making sure that the roof was watertight overnight if they couldn't reshingle before the next day. We have a lot of foundation planting and they were very careful not to damage that. Our roof is very steep and no member of the crew went up on it without a proper safety harness. We were given a timeline for completion of the work, and it was completed in that timeframe. The people in the office were very accommodating to our needs and the crew superlative. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would certainly recommend them.
