Desirae and Nick went above and beyond! We recently got a new roof after a hail storm damaged ours. They fought for us for several months before we finally got a full roof replacement with top of the line IKO impact resistant shingles which lowered my insurance premium. They kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. After they were finished our yard looked like it did before they started. No nails or pieces of shingles anywhere. We recently worked with Options to replace our 20 year old roof. Working with Scott Peterson was a great experience. He was very proactive in alerting us to hail damage and helped us navigate the claims process which allows us to get the work done with ZERO out of pocket expense! Yes, zero! Desirae Christensen’s team was also great to work with. Dezzi showed up in person and was completely transparent about the claims process, patiently covering each line item of the invoice. The work team showed up on time and was done in one day! And it looked like they were never there…not a piece of debris in sight! Scott and Dezzi made the whole process very easy.
