When I first met Sammy, he asked if I had a magic wand, when would I like to find a house to move into. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and said ideally sometime in the next month so we could move in before the birth of our baby. Little did I know he has a magic wand and we are now preparing to move in a couple weeks. Sammy has made this whole house search process very smooth by sending us listings, taking us to see various properties and patiently answering our questions. We also very much appreciated the good rapport he established with the sellers' agent which certainly helped us acquiring our new home on a very competitive offer night. When we met the seller's agent at the open house he only had positive things to say about Sammy and told us we were in good hands with him which confirmed what we had already known. God willing, the selling of our current home will go just as smoothly. So far we agree that the Properly model is indeed the proper way to move!
