Diana, the sales rep, showed little urgency in resolving an issue with my vent-a-hood, dragging the process out for over two months. We had to involve another rep just to get any real progress. Background: My builder purchased a vent-a-hood from Manna Distributors (dba Cookchill) and their installers handled the setup. However, the unit kept shutting off while cooking. Reaching out to Diana for help led to weeks of unreturned calls and dismissive responses. After multiple follow-ups, she finally arranged for an installer to call—but they never did. This cycle of no-shows, vague promises, and miscommunication continued until, after much frustration, an actual technician (Oscar) arrived unannounced and finally fixed the issue. The excessive back-and-forth and lack of accountability made for a terrible experience. If you value warranty support and service after the sale, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.
