We found something that worked perfectly for both of us and now instead of dreading the project we are so excited to see the finals product… HOGHLY RECOMMENDED

Horrible experience shopping here for our new build needs! Giving 2 stars bc we were able to get our shower tile and kitchen backsplash from here. We met with Jessica with our builder and went over budget, style, and etc. We began with LVP flooring and only wanted to see the items “available” within budget. We picked what we liked and moved on to the tiles. I very specifically said multiple times what I was looking for and how I absolutely did not want subway tile. After being shown several pieces that was far from what I wanted and several subway tiles, I just began looking around for myself. I found the perfect backsplash designed tile and a solid to pair with it. Husband was able to find his shower tile. Our builder found the PERFECT flooring for complement the shower for our bathroom. Then we began the grout color matching and tile ending pieces. Was rudely told a few times that a grout color choice wouldn’t look good or they didn’t like that. We finalized all our selections and was told we would have a quote by end of the week. After almost 2 weeks we finally received the quote within budget wrong measurements and prices. Apparently there was a lot of miscommunication within the office personnel. Once they got it corrected and we were ready to move forward, we were then informed flooring and carpet was way over budget, bathroom floor tile was not available, and wouldn’t be available. So we began looking elsewhere for those things. Decided to stick with the LVP flooring we chose with them only to find out it was back ordered for months. So if you like the feeling of complete let down and broken hearts bc what you find on the showroom floor isn’t actually available, then you’ll love shopping here 🙄
