After dealing with an unfortunate home issue, I was completely overwhelmed when it came to choosing new flooring. Leslie was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through each type of flooring, explaining how they would hold up in different weather conditions, appeal to future buyers, and withstand wear from tenants—while also elevating the home’s aesthetic. Together, we curated a perfect selection. Due to recent hurricanes, timelines were delayed, and I found myself in a tough spot, needing to either cancel the project or find an in-stock option—something that seemed impossible given the impact of Debby, Helene, and Milton. While Leslie was in a scheduled appointment, Justin jumped in to assist without missing a beat. He immediately retrieved the tile samples and explored alternatives to ensure I was supported. Shortly after, Leslie wrapped up her meeting, came over, pulled more materials, and even made calls to secure a tile that could be delivered the very next day! I truly appreciated the quick thinking and problem-solving from both Leslie and Justin. Their teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done left me beyond satisfied.
