Starting a home-based business is challenging, especially when it comes to creating a business plan. As a chef with over 25 years of experience, I am confident in my ability to develop menus and recipes, but I've always focused on kitchen operations rather than business planning. I struggled to create to create a solid plan for my business and didn't know where to begin. During a banquet event, two respected ladies from Prosper NWT tasted my food and were impressed with the quality I brought to the YK market. Two days later, they reached out to offer their support. They wnated to to understand my needs and help me organize my ideas to elevate my business to the next level. Their encouragment was a turning point that gave me the motivation to move forward. Now, I have a home business called Abdel's Sushi.
