VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this garage. After completing the repair, they suddenly asked for more money, claiming it was for VAT — which was NOT part of the original agreement. The price we agreed on was supposed to be final, and this extra charge felt dishonest and unprofessional. On top of that, they insisted that I pay in cash. When I refused and questioned the additional VAT charge, they actually undid the repair work they had just completed. This behavior was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff used rude and inappropriate language during the disagreement. The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. I absolutely do NOT recommend this garage to anyone. ❌

Very unprofessional experience. I had scheduled an appointment and made time for it, but they canceled at the last minute with no proper explanation or apology. This wasted my time completely and showed a total lack of respect for customers. On top of that, communication was poor and disorganized from the start. If a business can’t manage its schedule or notify customers responsibly, it’s hard to trust them with something as important as a vehicle. I would not recommend this mechanic based on my experience.

I was recommend by a friend, to foundry car services who has been using them for a very long time. I needed jobs done on 2 cars and i found Bob to be extremely helpful and professional and he got the jobs done the same day on both cars which I was amazed and very happy with the excellent service, by Bob and his team. I will definitely be using them for any further jobs that I need doing. Thanks Bob..
