Austin and Noah knocked this job out of the park!!! They arrived when promised and worked their butts off until the job was done. They crawled through the attic running cable, climbed to dizzying heights to install cameras, and did it all with professionalism and expertise second to none. Chris did an excellent job as usual and that he just love his job. Chris always do a complete check of the equipment before and after and see to it that the machine is working as design by the Manufacture. He also explain everything to me to include the operation and condition of the equipment, in which I am very much grateful for. I appreciate his dedication and attention to details which make me feel better knowing that my Generac generator will be ready to run when it is needed. In regards to Provident Electrical, make an appointment very easy and quick and that the staff was very nice, courteous, respectful and friendly to work with. I highly recommend Provident Electrical should you need a generator or electrical work.

The service from the technicians was great! Austin was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and went above and beyond in his work. Which is what the 5 stars are for. However, my experience with the scheduling system was ridiculous. I was given a 10 hour/all day (8am-6pm) appointment window with a 20 minute notice when the technician was enroute. It's fine if you want to sit at home all day, but I don't have that luxury. If I could give the scheduling system a review it would be 0 stars.
