Lady that did our consultation was very nice & considerate, other than that lady at the front was not the nicest, if you ever have any questions after you leave an appointment you will have to call 3-5 times in a row to get the call through & they DO NOT keep you update with your case in a timely manner. I received the letter for the appointment and I got a call from them to “orientate” us 2 weeks after the letter got sent and charged us an additional $50 to tell us what the letter already explained.

As this place was recommended by a family member, I had high hopes but my husband and I were very disappointed. The woman who answered the phones was the rudest and most condescending person I’ve had the displeasure of speaking to. I’m only giving it 3 stars because the person I had a consult with was very nice and explained everything in great detail. Their price is also very affordable. The only reason we did not hire was because of my experience with the first woman. If hiring means that I will have to deal with her when I call, then I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.
