This course had some very eye-opening insight. Being able to connect and communicate with co-workers in a fast paced environment, where the potential for emotional conflict can be misjudged by something as simple as silence. Being able to find a relatable resolve and not allow the expression to dictate the intent of how you respond to someone is very crucial team leadership. Emotional intelligence should always be a key factor in team-buildin. What a great platform for business minded education.

Desi who taught our course made this so enjoyable and worthwhile! I definitely learned a lot to help me maintain better communication and handle my emotions not only at work, but throughout my daily life.

I couldn't be less-impressed with my experience. I'm sending feedback here, and up the chain to do everything I can to protect my company from any more wasted time. I did a time management class, and the teacher was by all accounts a grifter with obvious Dunning-Krueger syndrome. It was a zero-calorie presentation. He inserted political topics several times, and casually referenced topics like illegal pornography out of NOWHERE. Like what the heck dude! As an icebreaker, he wildly misquoted current events and tried to interpolate that it somehow applied it to our company's current market standing. I was just frequently in shock of how mind-numbingly bad his content was. He barely followed the workbook, and talked about himself for at least 1/3 of the entire presentation. He talked about the most mundane stuff that was nowhere close to the topic at hand. The presenter was not familiar with the presentation technology. They didn't know how to use many features, and it wasted some of the room's time while we taught him. This is the second presentation we had from Pryor, and my current impression is that they will give just-about-anyone a workbook with zero accountability or QA. The "Coaches" seem to make a powerpoint presentation about whatever they want, and I feel like we could find much better. The first coach we had wasn't *that* bad, but I had a suspicious feeling they had low QA, and yesterday's utter waste of time confirms it.

I absolutely LOVED the seminar " Handling emotionally charged situations in the workplace!!!! It helped me so much and even gave me the confidence to handle a situation at work that I had been pushing off for weeks, AND IT WENT SMOOTH! I highly recommend that ANYONE take this seminar and others because it helps not only in the workplace but in life! So grateful for the opportunity!
