It’s a great facility for organizing trainings and professional sessions. The building has two floors with multiple rooms, making it suitable for different types of events and group sizes. The washrooms were clean most of the time, which is always a big plus. I really liked the small garden and the dedicated prayer area, both basically add a calm and thoughtful touch to the environment. It’s also good to see that they have solar panels on the roof, which not sure is an effort toward sustainability or loadsheding problem. Parking can be a bit challenging at times, but they do offer valet service, which helps manage the situation well. Security is well-maintained too, with proper tracking of people entering and exiting the premises and a security guard at the entrance. Overall, a well-managed, secure, and comfortable place for trainings and professional events.

It's a well maintained building located close to seaside, easily accessible, convenient, and approachable. Staff is decent and cooperative. There is a check-in system at the counter, after which you may go to your destined training room. Training rooms are well maintained, and I loved their cooling system😎. Cafeteria is small inside and can accommodate 16 people at a time. But connected to it, there is a porch outside which can also accommodate almost the same number. Beware of pests and cats outside. Food quality was just okay, but service was 10/10. Overall, it's a 7/10 experience.

A perfect place to hold a workshop, a seminar or various brainstorming sessions at a walking distance of the beach. It is located beside The City School Defence Campus. Don’t enter the gates of sea view apartments following Google Maps. It is located beside them but not inside them. Go from the school side
