Customer experiences
Wasted $35 on the Chicken Shawarma Bowl (with extra tofu and falafels) so you don't have to. Ordered here twice over the years and things have gotten worse. The overall seasoning was uneven. The falafel was greasy and burnt, and had a strong hint of cinnamon somewhere in the mix. The chickpeas were so bland, dry and powdery, that they were barely edible. Had to dump half of the meal. Disgusting. Checklist: Taste fresh 🆗️ (only a fraction) Not soggy or greasy ❌️ fail No off taste (no gamy, fishy, vomitous or other foreign and unpleasant flavors) ❌️ fail No prep issues (not chewy, burnt, undercooked...) ❌️ fail Presentation/ Garnish 🆗️ (this time is a delivery order so it's understandable, but the package wasn't even sealed. The middle was left wide open, not even stapled, posing a food safety risk)
I’ve been here many times, and my experiences have varied. Service is usually good, though there have been occasions on the patio where it felt like our table was forgotten. I’ve tried a variety of dishes—some have been great, while others were just okay. Overall, though, I generally enjoy my visits. The atmosphere is especially lively and busy when they have live music.
Huge kudos to our wonderful server who rushed like hell to get in our happy hour order before the last minute!! Her recommendation on the jalapeno margarita was top notch! I'd ordered the BBQ platter however my only gripe was the extremely dry ribs... It was not pleasant. The wings and sauce were great! Especially underrated was the dinner roll, I could eat an entire bag of those... Worth coming back for the drinks alone but I'm going to avoid the specials and just stick to getting a pizza my next visit.
They have a really nice covered patio that completely blocks out the surrounding parking lot. Also dog friendly so a lot of people had their puppets with them. Food is reasonably priced and large portions
