This place has amazing street tacos. I had a fried fish, a shrimp, and a lobster Taco. I also had a secret menu taco that the waitress told me about: Filet Mignon California Taco. All these street tacos are four huge bites and are loaded. The chips, salsa, and guacamole were just as good. Staff and service were amazing. Kelsey Jo took great care of us.
Absolutely incredible tacos and potato taquitos here. I’m from SF and always heard tacos were better here and didn’t buy it. Boy was I wrong. Their sauces and meats are absolutely incredible. Also recommend their guava margarita. Shrimp Taco - fried shrimp with a smoky sauce. Filet Mignon - recommended by our server Genesis (?) and it’s truly out of this world good. Meat cooked to perfection with a delicious Serrano sauce.
Possibly the best mexican food I have eaten in a restaurant. The venue has really vibrant decor with great atmosphere that matches La Jolla’s coastal vibe. The spicy margaritas are AMAZING, combined with the food which is both generous in portion and bursting with flavour. Street tacos are highly recommended. If you like mexican, this is easily a must visit place for lunch or dinner - I already want to go back!!
