I had such an amazing experience at Torrid in Vaughan Mills, all thanks to Danae! I saw a sparkly silver top and unfortunately it was not the size I wanted, other Torrid stores we checked it was out of stock. I was starting to lose hope, until Danae found my size on display. Then, to my absolute surprise and delight, she personally called me back immediately after I left the store to let me know she found my size! I couldn’t believe service like this still exists. Danae’s kindness, dedication, and genuine desire to help made my day. She turned a frustrating search into a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful for her effort. After an amazing experience at a Torrid in Florida, I was happy to go to another one, as we don’t have those stores where I live. When I entered, two employees were chatting at the cash and did not greet me. I stayed for a good 20 minutes, and nobody came to see if I needed assistance. Those two girls kept on chatting without acknowledging the presence of clients, without caring for the disorder in the store — and boy it was cluttered and untidy! At the end I even walked past them on my way to the exit, and they did not even bother to look at me. How can that store still be in business?

I went to torrid today excellent customer service i was so happy with the person who helped me find my daughters shoes and bra she had so much patience.Most stores i visit over the past few weeks laugh when i tell them her shoe size but the sales rep was so polite and she helped and found us something perfect Greatly appreciated excellent customer service

Just randomly passed by the store today and decided to pop in. Really great customer service, variety of clothing, and good quality clothes. Stephanie helped me right away and guided me through promotions and sizes, asked if I needed any help several times. Any time I needed anything, Stephanie was available and so pleasant. She helped me pick out some things I needed assistance with very quickly. She knew just what would be a fit. Thank you, Stephanie, for your amazing customer service. This was my first time ever shopping at Torrid. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this store, everything is clean, all signage is clear, staff are fantastic, and clothes quality is excellent.
