Pura Vida Massage and Coaching

I’ve been going to Amy for massage for years now so this review is long over due. She is the absolute best! I’ve gotten massages essentially my whole life and no one compares. I’ve always gotten deep tissue but recently did the Thai mat massage and was a huge fan. I work on my feet all day and she sets me right. Her new space is so nice and relaxing as well. I know lots of people who go to her and I refer all of my clients to her, everyone loves her so will you.

I have always been hesitant to receive massages, despite really needing them. Amy was great at making me feel comfortable and discussing my needs, aches and pains, before the initial massage. I have returned to her several times and the experiences have been consistently rewarding for me. She is able to work with my schedule which is ever changing, and I look forward to her health news letters. I am excited to get a massage at her new facility with her expanded treatments!

I started to get massages with Amy after I ruptured two discs in my neck. She is far and away the best masseuse i have ever used. Amy is trained in many different forms of massage and is highly intuitive as to where to work the muscles and how much pressure to use. I would highly recommend her for any massage.
