Lalli StefanskiIch war in diesem Studio, um meine Gelnägel entfernen zu lassen, und bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Behandlung war unsauber und wenig sorgfältig: Meine Nägel wurden sehr grob gefeilt und sind jetzt stark angeraut, uneben und stellenweise beschädigt. Zudem wurden die Gelreste nicht vollständig entfernt, sodass meine Nägel immer noch Rückstände haben. Auch die Nagelhaut wurde bei der Behandlung verletzt und sieht gereizt aus. Besonders schade fand ich, dass ich mich während der Behandlung nicht wohlgefühlt habe. Der Umgang war eher distanziert, und ich hätte mir mehr Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht, vor allem, da es um eine so sensible Sache wie die Pflege der Nägel geht. Die Frau am Empfang war hingegen sehr nett, doch das kann meine Meinung über das Studio leider nicht ändern, da das Ergebnis der Behandlung insgesamt enttäuschend war. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung so, dass ich das Studio nicht weiterempfehlen kann. Ich werde definitiv nicht noch einmal dort hingehen. Sehr sehr schade :(
