Kylie first started cutting my hair several years ago in Roland and when her family moved to the State Center area I followed her over to have my hair done. A lot of us from Roland did. She's that good! If you are looking for small town value with big city style...Pure Beauty Salon & Spa is the place for you! Christmas will be here before you know it and if you're looking for a present for that hard to buy for person...get them a gift certificate to Kylie's Salon! I did this for my sister and she loved it! The guys will love it too for their haircuts or treat someone to a manicure. Kylie is easy going and I really enjoy having her cut my hair....so if you're looking for a new place to go...I highly recommend Pure Beauty & Salon in State Center!!
